Test laboratory for liquid pharmaceutical filling operations:

In our Pharma Liquid test laboratory, we ensure maximum accuracy with the highest possible output for your aseptic filling operations. Our experts test the filling behavior of your pharmaceuticals and carry out filling trials on test stands. These include filling systems in different sizes and designs, such as rotary valve piston pumps and the mass flow system. Siliconization and stopper setting tests complement our liquid filling testing portfolio.

Filling of pharmaceutical powders:

Powdered products are a class of their own and require a dedicated test center. In our Powder Lab in Crailsheim, we help you determine the optimum setting parameters and format parts for your products. Tests are based on temperature and humidity controls, as well as the latest dosing technology. We usually carry out trials in close cooperation with our customers at the test stands.

Versynta is our name for flexible small and micro batch filling operations. The Versynta Flexible Filling Platform (FFP) is ideally su ited for small batches up to 3,600 containers per hour for vials, syringes, and cartridges, both bulk and RTU. The gloveless and fully robotized Versynta microBatch working cell processes aseptic and high-potent micro batches within a fully integrated machine and isolator unit.
